Dear Mountain Brook Community,

On September 10, 2025 the terms of the current ACC expires. The ACC will conduct elections to the ACC as required by the recorded covenants. Such elections shall coincide with the September meeting of the ACC.


Any lot owner residing in the subdivision and who is in good standing and wishes to be a candidate for election must so notify the ACC in writing by the announced date. This notification must include a resume, not to exceed 1/2 page, stating specific reasons and goals for wanting to serve on the ACC.


The ACC consists of 5 members whose term is for 2 years. Interested candidates should submit their name and resume by August 8, 2025. Resumes should be submitted electronically using our email address; help@mtbrooksubdivision.com on our website or by mail to our current P.O. Box 1029 Troy, VA 22974. Ballots will be sent out by August 27, 2025 and counted at the ACC meeting on September 10, 2025. The 5 candidates receiving the most votes will be elected to the Committee.
